Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome: Thank you very much for your booking, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Payment Conditions: Payment should be made by Bank Transfer. For bookings made in advance of 4 weeks or more a £50 deposit to secure the booking will be necessary, this is not refundable. The balance of payment is required 2 weeks before start date of holiday.

Price: This includes bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. Welcome pack – milk, eggs (if chicken are laying), teabags, coffee and sugar.

Pets: Sorry no pets are allowed.

Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation.

Cancellations: If you have to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. If you have fully paid for your booking you will be refunded 50%, however if you have not fully paid you will not receive a refund.

If we have to cancel your booking for any reason you will receive a full refund.

Arrival: Time of arrival is from 3pm onwards.

Departure: On the day of departure we ask that you vacate the property at 10am, unless otherwise arranged.

Guests: If you are having guests visit during your stay, please let us know.

Damages and Breakages: Please let us know of any damage or breakages during your stay.
